It’s been fairly strongly suggested that I look into a location closer than Jim & Lisa’s. It is somewhat far away, but it is flexible as far as number of people and type of food etc. Given that I don’t really care, I’m leaving it up to you. Post your preference here and discuss if you like.
I can look for something in a closer restaurant, though I’m not sure how booked they’ll all be. There are places within walking distance, places in Santa Monica (10-30 min), places in Beverly Hills (10-30 min). Dad has told me that he doesn’t mind going to Jim’s as long as he gets back to the airport in time, and Gma&Gpa Donovan have said they don’t mind much. If I don’t get any response I’ll just assume Jim’s is fine.

Bri– as I said in my email, I think Jim’s is fine. We just need to decide so we have time to get food.

Okay, Jim’s it is. I picked up graduation tickets yesterday. Forgive and correct me if I miss anyone - here’s who I understand is coming:
This would require 8 tickets, and I have 10. If I missed more than two people I’ll have to try to get more, but I need to do so quickly. So tell me! Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Oh yes and I’ll put together a PDF that should have all the info you need about times/places/parking/directions.

Adding Connie to the list makes 9 tickets taken, 1 remaining, 4 or so possible for wait list.

Cool glasses - just look at the “where we meet” problem as your final final, just more stressful. At any rate, I gather that your missive on where to go, park, etc, will be forthcoming at some time. That would be much appreciated. Hope you, despite the last minute frenetics, are enjoying your final college days (at least for a bit). we are just back from the Bay Area after a week of work and are happy to be home. If you need a refuge from all of the travails of late, you are more than welcome here. See you soon. Love gma and gpa

PS - you have just learned one of the better principles of management - make decesions and make sure they are firm and leave very little wiggle room. See how easy it is - Love ya . gma and gpa
